ARTIST FROM ERITREA

His name is Michel Adonai he is one of the most influencial artists of  my country. He is a very talented artist. Considering the circumstances in my country, Michel Adoni has presented best art works. His works are mostly about the social life and culture of Eritrean people since the armed struggle for their independence. He took three years of fine art lessons after joining the Eritrean liberation front in 1977. Most of his works reflected the armed struggle at that time. After independence in 1991, Michel Adoni is working in a coptic art which concerns with early Christan religion art.
